Oil Temperature Health

Old (factory NG900 cooler and oil filter adapter w/thermostat blocked full open, cooler relocated to above intercooler):

-Ambients: 80-90f

-Water: 220f

-Oil: 280f

New (Setrab cooler, updated 9-3 oil filter adapter w/thermostat, -8AN lines):

-Ambients: 80-90f

-Water: 210f

-Oil: 230f

Notes:

Per usual, thanks to www.genuinesaab.com for the cool Saab-to-AN/orb adapter.

I was initially worried that the new oil cooler would block too much water radiator space, however, the car is happier than ever, plenty of air flow to both the oil cooler and water radiator! And hopefully happier engine bearings :).
